Once upon a time, in a more primitive world, anger was an emotion that allowed us to fight more effectively with physical strength. These type situations really don’t exist as much and experiencing anger can actually be destructive.
Of course, anger is a natural emotion and in many cases it is justified. It’s when the anger causes us to react in ways that are unjust and can actually harm others and ourselves.
Not being able to control your anger can cause many emotional and health problems.
Unfortunately, I have experienced many people that are unable to control their anger. Most will not take the time to visit anger management counseling groups or go into therapy. They feel embarrassed. So, when a close friend of mine was having real problems and basically ruining their life due to anger outbursts, I tried to find whatever I could to help. It was affecting me too.
I know we all handle anger in different ways and the reasons for anger will vary.
I noticed that it was coming from a combination of things. When my friend felt anger, irritability, rage or too many things on his mind, anything would set him off. It was scary. i knew how I felt when I got irritable or had some sort of stressful situation going on. So I could imagine when you can’t control it.
A low self esteem can cause you to feel angry. So many things can cause anger and make you feel out of control with it.
Usually, too many issues on your mind can lead to irritability, which will then lead to anger which can be triggered by even the smallest issue. You find yourself asking how you will ever be able to control this force that overcomes you.
Many people are told they have a chemical imbalance causing their frequent anger outbursts, so they are then put on medicine. My friend tried this, but it didn’t really solve anything.
Anger can feel so intense that it results in acts of violence and/or aggression. This is when the anger is a big problem and needs to controlled. People WILL get hurt. It has to be controlled. I am hoping through my experience that people will get the help they need. I know first hand now that this can be cured and controlled.
Once you have realized and taken the responsibility of being a person having difficulty controlling anger then you must be steadfast with changing your behavior when the anger intensity is high.
Turns out, it’s not even hard to get it under control. Controlling anger is actually pretty easy through hypnosis. And you can do it in your own home in complete privacy.
Through hypnotherapy you can understand where the anger is manifesting from and show you how to feel more relaxed and calm. When a situation arises and you feel your blood pressure elevarte and your adrenaline pumping, you will be able to quickly revert back to this relaxed, calm state and control the anger before the anger gets the best of you.
I found this company that offers hypnosis for pretty much everything. They have all sorts of issues listed. Hypnosis Downloads It’s so effective. I even use it myself for other issues.
If you find you like it, you can even get a monthly membership to it and its really inexpensive. You can pick from hundreds and hundreds of downloads to listen to. You literally have results in just one time of hearing the downloads.
So whether you are controlling anger or trying to stop smoking or need a better self esteem. Whatever, they have something for everything.

Hi, found your website by pure change today, but very pleased that I did! As well as being informative and also easy to read unlike scores that I visit. (The site I look after, is about hypnotherapy downloads). I have been looking to see if I could find out what layout you had used, can someone give me a clue? The site I’m working on is related to hypnotherapy downloads. I employ the same basic layout on my attempt at a website#, which is related to hypnotherapy downloads, – yet somehow and for whatever weird issue it appears to reload much quicker here, even though you seem to have much more content. Are you using anything add-ons on your server that speed it up? Anyway, I appreciate such a wonderful website and it’s a great model for my humble review blog of hypnotherapy downloads. I’ll be looking to improve my own site. Obviously, I’ll check back on this instructive website as often as I can.

My relationship with her father is not good. He regularly drops comments on me about my character, beliefs, etc. I have had a really hard time with it. Today, he asked us to go out for dinner and I accepted his invitation. I had a conversation with my girlfriend and her mom about him (the father). The conversation became somewhat heated and I decided to leave. I came back in to get my sweater and he kindly said “so when is the last time you ate at this place?”.

My mother-in-law has been living with us for almost four years now. When we were looking at houses to buy she did not want to be included in the plans because she was never going to live with us. So we bought the house we are living in without her in mind. Well, wouldn’t you know it? Right after we moved in she decided that was going to move in with us after all. Up until then she had only been with us for relatively short visits so we really had no idea what she was like to live with.

“Anger is meant to be listened to. Anger is a voice a shout, a plea, a demand. Anger is meant to be respected. Why? Because anger is a map. Anger shows us where our boundaries are. Anger shows us where we want to go. It lets us see where we have been and lets us know when we have not liked it. Anger is meant to be acted upon, it is not meant to be acted out. Sloth, apathy and despair are the enemy. Anger is not. Anger is our friend. Not a nice friend. Not a gentle friend. But a very very loyal friend. It will always tell us when we have been betrayed. It will always tell us when we have betrayed ourselves. It will always tell us it is time to act in our own best interest”.

It all started when i was about 5 my mother had met my sisters farther who was very violent person towards me his way of punishing me was hit me with a slipper, a belt or tent polls or sexual abuse. At the age of 8 i was put on ritalin because they thought it would calm me down and stop me attacking people. At the age of 15 i refused to take it anymore i was only 6st at 6ft 1. I was force fed ritalin by my mother who by this time was with another man after my sisters farther forced me to beat my own mother up at the age of 12 and when i didnt he broke my jaw.
