After witnessing one too many people actually lose it, I realize that controlling anger is something everyone should learn.
I’ve seen it ruin relationships, businesses and children’s self esteem. It’s heartbreaking how someone who is out of control of their emotions really damages another person. It’s really sad to me because I feel like I am seeing it more and more. Maybe it’s the stress of the country, but whatever it is, it needs to stop. It’s so unhealthy.
That’s why I am a huge advocate for helping people get their emotions under control. I honestly don’t think it’s very effective if you take medications. I mean, I guess you can medicate yourself to calm down, but I think it’s much more powerful to really get control on an emotional level. It just gives you more confidence anyway. Hypnosis for controlling anger is successful because you are actually working with the anger.Ok, check this out, if you are angry, you are not really acting from your true self. You are so enraged that it is almost like you are in a trance, right. Well, hypnosis is when you are put into a trance like state also. When you are in a trance you believe everything from that point of view. So, if you are angry, you are just mad at everything because you are in the anger trance.
Controlling anger is when you break the anger trance before it is even able to get started.
